Securely authorize your Google Workspace so the automations Clavion Labs builds can work across Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Chat on your behalf. You grant access through Google's own consent screen, and you stay in control of what the automation is allowed to do.

It does the job end to end, on your schedule, with a person in the loop where judgment matters, scoped to exactly what you approve.
Gmail
Your inbox, handled before you open it.
Instead of a person sorting mail every morning, the automation reads and triages incoming messages, labels and routes them the way your team would, and drafts replies for someone to approve before anything goes out. It can send the messages you sign off on and keep filters, signatures, and responders in order. The access it uses to do this can never permanently delete your mail.
Drive
Files that organize and deliver themselves.
The automation finds and reads the documents a workflow needs, files and moves them into the right place, shares them with the right people at view or comment access, makes copies, and exports clean PDFs to hand off. You get an organized Drive without anyone dragging files around by hand. It can never delete or trash your files, and it never hands out edit-by-link access.
Docs
Documents written from your data, not by hand.
The automation reads existing documents and creates or edits new ones, so reports, summaries, and templated paperwork are produced for you from the source data instead of being retyped each time.
Sheets
Spreadsheets that stay current on their own.
The automation reads and writes spreadsheet data, so the numbers your team depends on are populated, reconciled, and kept up to date as part of the workflow, rather than as a weekly copy-and-paste chore.
Chat
Updates delivered where your team already talks.
The automation reads and posts messages in your Google Chat spaces and can see who is in them, so notifications, status updates, and answers land inside the spaces your team already uses, with no extra dashboard to keep checking.

How your connection is set up
This connection is provisioned for you as part of your Clavion Labs engagement. During onboarding, you authorize access through Google's standard secure consent screen, using a link we provide to you directly. You can review exactly which permissions you are granting before you approve.
How to disconnect or delete your data
You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account's security settings, under the apps with access to your account. On revocation, the integration can no longer reach your Google data. On request, or at the end of your engagement, Clavion Labs deletes the stored connection and credentials from our systems.
